Because we operate in a private gym, the fitness training equipment is always kept clean, sanitized, and in pristine condition. It isn’t used by anyone outside of my clients when I’m there. You don’t have to wipe down your benches and equipment, I do that before and after each visit. And you don’t have to wait for someone to finish their exercise or stop playing on their phone before you can move on to the next exercise. You can even play your own music without headphones. You don’t have to feel self-conscious about what others think because there are no others. The only judgement I make is that you’ve decided to contact a professional, so good for you. There’s no gym membership fees or contracts to stack on additional expenses. And for times when we are not together, I will give you a personalized training program you can do anywhere.
